Serie C, round C: here are the predictions for next weekend’s Serie C. Catanzaro are already promoted to Serie B
Catanzaro have destroyed the championship. With ample merit. Since winning group C of the third Italian series is never easy, given the emblazoned teams that are there.
Last weekend Vivarini’s team celebrated mathematical promotion to the Serie Cadetta, but now they seem to have no intention of stopping. The objective, at least from what has been stated in the last few days, is to continue winning not only to end the season on a regular basis, but also to shatter several records. In short, the next opponents are all warned.
In all this, Crotone, who up to a certain point in the season managed to hold their own against the Giallorossi, are already thinking about the playoffs, as they are sure of second place. Behind instead everything is still open with Fidelis Andria and Viterbese who are at the tail end with 26 points each. After the preamble, though, let’s take a look at what could happen this weekend.
Serie C, round C: weekend predictions
There are 8 matches to be played in this group on Saturday, only 2 are scheduled for Sunday. But let’s go in order: Foggia, at home against Monterosi, will take three important points for their own classification, also because Zeman’s Pescara, third and distant three lengths, will visit Catanzaro. The opportunity is therefore a great one.
Crotone, now sure of second place, will be busy at Latina. In this case, a draw or even a victory for the hosts could be acceptable, as the Nerazzurri from Lazio are looking for important points for a place in the playoffs. A match with at least one goal per team is the one between Taranto and Avellino, as well as the one between Turris and Messina.
