In light of Adrien Rabiot’s almost definitely blown-up renewal, the Milinkovic Savic trail could be back on the map in the summer. After all, the ‘Old Lady’ has done nothing but launch signals of appreciation to the ‘Sergeant’ of Lazio in recent weeks, continuing to work on the track underground, to understand the feasibility of the operation. The deal – clearly – is not the easiest. Lotito in fact is expensive, very expensive. With a year and a half to go, the request of 100 million euros for his midfielder seemed much more than a provocation.

A summer market coup, the purchase of Milinkovic could however attract the attentions of Cherubini in a few months’ time, especially if a sale were to be finalised. And in this perspective, the position of Milinkovic’s compatriot Vlahovic is still to be verified.
