Israel-Albania is a match for the fifth day of Nations League B: TV, likely formations, predictions
ISRAEL – ALBANIA | Saturday 8.45pm
It could be a historic night for Israel as the home side host Reja’s Albania and could succeed in a double promotion from League C to League A of the Nations League. Chances, for the team coached by the Italian coach, would still be there, but in Tel Aviv, venue of Saturday night’s match, the party is ready. In a group without Russia, disqualified for what we all know from sporting events, it is clear that Israel’s objective is to close out the discussion. And the chances are obviously there for the hosts, not least because, in the last confrontation staged last June, a fine external victory came that highlighted all of Albania’s limitations.
In a nutshell, due to the motivation that will be there, Israel appears to be the clear favourite, who should take a very important victory for their own history. With good peace to Albania who obviously has very little chance – we would say none at all – to think otherwise.
The Prediction
In a very important challenge for the host team, there is no doubt that motivation will play an important factor. Victory, then, for Israel, which could thus find itself in the noble part of the Nations League and playing with the European champions. Tel Aviv is ready to party.
The likely line-up for Israel-Albania
- ISRAEL (4-4-2): Marciano; Dasa, Goldberg, Vitor, Laidner; Safuri, Peretz, Jaber; Abada, Dabbur, Solomon.
- ALBANIA (3-5-2): Selmani; Mihaj, Veseli, Bajrami; Hysaj, Cokaj, Ramadani, Cekici, Hozhallari; Seferi, Vrioni.
