A very important start to the season for Pellegrini’s Betis, who are not only fourth in La Liga – on equal points with Atletico Madrid – but also have one and a half feet in the round of 16 of the Europa League. In short, there is no let-up in the green-and-white team, which has every intention of making a full haul on the Cadiz pitch in order to remain in the top group and in the Champions League zone. The victory against Almeria last weekend gave new impetus to a team that had drawn against Valladolid in the middle of their two matches against Roma in Europe.
