Rayo Vallecano-Real Valladolid is a match of the thirty-third day of La Liga and is played Thursday at 10 pm: formations, predictions, TV and streaming.
A challenge that has value exclusively for the guests, again at risk of relegation after two defeats in a row with Valencia and Atletico Madrid. A very heavy one was the one suffered in the last round with the Colchoneros, who at the “Zorrilla” did their best, taking Paulo Pezzolano’s Real Valladolid by storm (2-5).
The situation, in short, has once again become complicated for the Pucelanos, who until two rounds ago seemed in a position to leave the red zone for good thanks to two consecutive successes with Villarreal and Girona and the enthusiasm brought by the new coach. The standings behind are still very short and all it takes is one false step to get into trouble and have to start all over again. After yesterday’s results the biancoviola found themselves in sixteenth place, with one point more than the third-last Getafe. In short, they need at least six points in the last six days to be sure of playing in La Liga again next season. The numbers, meanwhile, are back to not very comforting after the home debacle with Atletico: Real Valladolid has the third least prolific attack and the third worst defense.
Rayo too discontinuous
Pezzolano relies on Rayo Vallecano’s sense of contentment, a team that has been alternating between winning and losing for a month now, without having any major aspirations anymore.

Isi
Madrilenians like last year won salvation with great anticipation and for a period even showed that they can compete for Europe but since February they have won only two games, remaining in the so-called “limbo” of the ranking. In theory seventh place is not far away, Athletic Bilbao has only four more points. Andoni Iraola’s team, however, is paying for its lack of continuity: after a fine affirmation against leading Barcelona, it lost unexpectedly (4-0) to bottom-of-the-table Elche.
The prediction
Rayo Vallecano does not have the same motivation as Real Valladolid, apart from trying to redeem the Elche debacle. The feeling is that it will be a hard-fought match, in which there should be no shortage of goals: both should score at least one. It cannot be ruled out that the guests will avoid defeat.
