Real Madrid-Alaves, La Liga: live TV, streaming, odds, predictions

by Sabrina

Real Madrid-Alaves is a match in the 36th day of La Liga and is played on Tuesday at 9:30 p.m.: odds, predictions, live TV and streaming.

Over the weekend, newly crowned Spanish champions Real Madrid also swept aside already relegated Granada (0-4) and after returning from Andalusia were finally able to celebrate their newly won title in a packed Plaza de Cibeles. A ceremony that Carlo Ancelotti and his men had had to postpone because of the upcoming Champions League semifinal with Bayern Munich, who were remounted and beaten in the return match with a brace from escort center forward Joselu.

The Blancos will now “use” the next three league matches to keep up their match pace ahead of the final of the cup with big ears, scheduled for June 1 at Wembley against Borussia Dortmund. The Emilian coach, one step away from yet another continental triumph, will give space to a little bit of everyone, especially those who have played little, resting the starters with the aim of having them fresh and rested for the final with the Germans. There is therefore very little at stake in the challenge that opens the last midweek round with Alaves: even for the Basques, in fact, this La Liga is practically over after reaching salvation well in advance. The Vitoria club, however, wants to close on a crescendo and the latest results do not tell of a “relaxed” team at all: after the three consecutive victories with Atletico Madrid, Celta Vigo and Valencia, Luis Garcia’s troop also stopped Girona (2-2).

The Prediction

There will be numerous changes for Ancelotti compared to the Granada match. From 1′ we should see again the two Brazilians Rodrygo and Vinicius, but also Bellingham, Kroos and Valverde. Real Madrid is favored but could concede something to a healthy Alaves: at least three goals overall.

Real Madrid-Alaves likely lineups

REAL MADRID (4-3-1-2): Courtois; Carvajal, Militao, Nacho, Mendy; Valverde, Camavinga, Kroos; Bellingham; Rodrygo, Vinicius Jr.
ALAVES (4-3-3): Owono; Gorosabel, Abqar, R. Marin, J. Lopez; Benavidez, Blanco, Guridi; Sola, Omorodion, Rioja.

POSSIBLE RESULT: 2-1
