Luton-Chelsea is a match of the 20th day of the Premier League and is played on Saturday at 1:30 pm: TV, formations, predictions.
The Europe zone, objectively, is still quite distant for Chelsea, which, however, knows very well that with a few consecutive useful results, it might be able to get back on track. And that is precisely the problem for Pochettino’s team, being able to find that continuity of results that has been lacking until now. To think, though, that the Blues can lose on the Luton pitch seems exaggerated to us.
Of course, the hosts are still third last in the standings despite coming from two wins in a row. A decidedly important moment of form that, however, objectively, cannot even hide what are the shortcomings of a team that was built solely and exclusively for salvation unlike the host London team, which after a summer market of a thousand and one nights, just as it had already happened last January, obviously dreamed of being with the big ones of the Premier League to play for something important. That has not been the case so far, but the victory against Crystal Palace that came with the nastiness that has been lacking in some circumstances then could be the signal for a much calmer future than the path to date.
What to say then? Our prediction even in this premise seems to be quite clear. But let’s see below what match we expect.
The prediction
Luton against the big boys has always done well but still always lost. Even if by a narrow margin. A match of at least one goal per team with at least three goals overall, of course. But we don’t feel like questioning a Chelsea win at all.
