Germany-Bosnia, Nations League: free streaming, odds, prediction

by Martin

Germany-Bosnia is a match on the fifth day of the Nations League group stage and is played Saturday at 8:45 p.m.: free streaming, likely lineups, prediction.

A month ago, a narrow victory against the Netherlands, chastened by a Leweling goal at the Allianz Arena in Munich (1-0), gave Julian Nagelsmann’s Germany the certainty of qualification to the knockout stage of the 2024-25 Nations League (all that remains to be seen is whether they will go through as first or second). Thanks to a haul of three wins and a draw in the first four days, the Mannschaft is firmly at the top of League A Group 3, with a five-point lead over the second-placed teams (Netherlands and Hungary).

This means that by beating the not-so-irresistible Bosnia on the penultimate day of the group stage, Kimmich and his teammates would also be sure to finish in first place. Compared to October’s challenges, Nagelsmann rejoins two starters Musiala and Havertz but leading the attack could again be Borussia Monchengladbach’s center forward Kleindienst. Absent, however, is Undav: the Stuttgart striker, who scored a brace against Bosnia in the first leg, was injured and has been excluded from the squad. In any case, the German coach – who also recalled Sané – having now the qualification in his pocket, will take advantage of it to make some experiments, contributing effectively to that generational change undertaken a few years ago. On the other hand, Dzeko and his teammates seem to have no hope at all: Bosnia in four matches has won only one point, the result of a draw with Hungary last September. Avoiding relegation to League B is therefore almost impossible for the Balkans, by far the least competitive selection in the group.
