Doing the due diligence, because the whole year has been spent between good and less good moments, Matteo Berrettini seems to be truly reborn. After his victory in Marrakech, the Italian tennis player won another final, that of the Stuttgart tournament – already won twice – and is preparing in the best possible way to experience Wimbledon.
In 2021, in England, on a magical Sunday for Italy given that the evening after Roberto Mancini’s Azzurri had managed the feat of beating the hosts and winning the European Championship, Matteo was in the final, in front of the eyes of President Mattarella, and in front of an entire country in celebration that rightly pushed him.
