The cracks that had been showing in the Europa League doubleheader against Viktoria Plzen were a clear sign, despite the hard-fought qualification. Baroni is hoping to at least recover Nuno Tavares, but the Portuguese has been training separately in recent days. The prediction
The break can only have done Lazio good, but the Biancocelesti, who looked short of energy two weeks ago, will have to be wary of a Torino side that has done very well in recent outings. The reaction of the capital side after the collapse in Bologna was to be expected—in the era of three points for a win, Lazio have lost only two of their 20 home games against the Granata—but it will be very difficult to keep a clean sheet against a team that has failed to score only once in 2025.
