Monday 3 October predictions: Serie A, Premier League and La Liga

by Martin

Monday 3 October football predictions, on the eve of the three days of European cups, with the return of the Champions League, Europa League and Conference League, it is time for Monday’s postponements in Serie A, Premier League and La Liga. In our top league, Udinese, fresh from five consecutive victories, will try to take advantage of the difficulties of ex-Cioffi’s Verona, downsized by the summer market. The Scaligeri have five points, are at the moment out of the red zone, but come from two bad defeats against Lazio and Fiorentina, in which they cashed in four goals without scoring any.

Other predictions

In the Premier League, the two teams at the bottom of the league table, Leicester and Nottingham Forest, compete against each other. If, however, it is easy to imagine a championship of suffering for the newly-promoted, the Foxes have the means to rise again, perhaps even starting from this challenge on paper affordable and at the same time spectacular. Home win also highly likely in La Liga in the match between Rayo Vallecano and Elche.
