Wednesday, Nov. 15 predictions: European qualifiers and friendly matches

by Martin

Wednesday, Nov. 15 predictions: there’s Israel-Switzerland for European Championship qualifiers, the Belgium-Serbia friendly and other matches.

The European Championship qualifying matches start a day early, as this Wednesday sees the make-up of the match between Israel and Switzerland postponed by UEFA after the terrorist attack last Oct. 7.

Israel has already returned to the field and did so in the worst way by losing to Kosovo: their hopes of qualification have been greatly reduced, while Switzerland has a chance to return to first place by winning this challenge that will be played on a neutral field in Felcsut, Hungary.

Other match predictions

A friendly match between Belgium and Serbia will also be played. Belgium – which has already secured arithmetic qualification for the European Championships – is expected to take the field with a more competitive lineup than Serbia, which will presumably leave starters at rest ahead of the decisive match against Bulgaria.

The women’s Champions League is also on the field: Roma looks likely to score at least one goal on the pitch against Bayern Munich, goals also coming in Ajax-Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid-Chelsea.
