Thursday, Jan. 4 predictions: Coppa Italia, FA Cup and La Liga

by Lea

Thursday, Jan. 4 predictions: there are three La Liga matches, one FA Cup match and the final round of 16 Coppa Italia between Juventus and Salernitana.

The Italian Cup round of 16 closes tonight with the last game between Juventus and Salernitana: up for grabs is the quarterfinal to be played against Frosinone, which surprisingly eliminated Napoli in the last round. Allegri will do quite a lot of turn over as will Inzaghi ahead of the next league game in which they will again face each other.

Given the higher quality of the Bianconeri second lines, Juventus’ success does not seem in question.

Betting other matches

In Spanish La Liga, Osasuna has a chance to move further away from the danger zone by beating disastrous Almeria last in the standings with just five points. Slumping Sevilla, which has changed coaches again, is in danger against Athletic Bilbao in a goal-scoring game.

Closing the program is Barcelona, which has only a win at its disposal on the field of the not insurmountable Las Palmas to continue its hopes of winning the title.
