Saturday, May 18 predictions: Serie A and Bundesliga.

by Thorsten

Saturday May 18 predictions: there is the last day of the Bundesliga decisive in the relegation zone, and two Serie A matches.

The penultimate day of Serie A continues Saturday with Lecce-Atalanta and Torino-Milan. A potentially tricky trip for Gasperini’s team, on the one hand still shaken by the defeat in the Coppa Italia and on the other already focused on the Europa League final. Dea, however, can already secure their qualification to the next Champions League and although with many reserves on the field they should be able to get the better of a Lecce now without goals.

Accordingly, Milan are also carefree and without any more goals, in contrast to Torino, which can still have a say in qualifying for the Conference League. A positive result from the granata would not be a surprise given that in front of its home crowd Ivan Juric’s team has lost only one game since last October.

Predictions other matches
The last day of the Bundesliga is expected to give several goleades: main candidates are Leverkusen and Dortmund matches, spectacle is also assured in Hoffenheim-Bayern Munich and Eintracht Frankfurt-Lipzig.

In the fight not to be relegated, watch out for Cologne, which will try everything on the field of quiet Heidenheim, while Mainz would only need a draw on the field of Wolfsburg.
