Copenhagen v Manchester City, Champions League: TV, formations, predictions

COPENAGHEN – MANCHESTER CITY | Tuesday 6:45pm

The question is not whether Manchester City will win. The question is about what result Guardiola’s side will take home, which would be their fourth in a row in this Champions League and which would mean sealing the qualification discord once and for all. Not that there is any doubt that City will go ahead as the top team in the group, let’s be clear about that, but the arithmetic could also come with two rounds to spare. Eleven goals scored and only one conceded for the English team in this first taste of the event: it was all very simple for the Citizens, led by Haaland, who scored a hat-trick in the first half of the first leg. We had predicted another hat-trick but Guardiola took him off the pitch at the end of the first half. We still came close though.

In short: it’s easy to think the visitors could take their fourth consecutive win in as many outings. And it’s also easy to predict everything this way. A match that is written, marked, given the different value between the two teams, which was already seen last week in England.

The Prediction

A match of at least three goals in total. A match which City will win, which they will unleash in the first half and which, above all, should only see one team score. The one obviously coached by Guardiola.
