Greece v Northern Ireland is a match for Nations League C Week 6: TV, line-ups, predictions
GREECE – NORTHERN IRELAND | Tuesday, 20:45
The hosts Greece have long since won their group and are already in Nations League B. Northern Ireland, on the other hand, have yet to clinch salvation, especially after Cyprus’ victory against the Hellenic outfit put the small island team back in the running to remain in the C league. In a nutshell, Northern Ireland need a victory to be really calm, even if Kosovo, against Cyprus, should still win and secure the guests from any possible surprise. Not least because Greece do not look set to close with a defeat after the one that came last weekend and after having secured the group victory with four straight wins in their first four outings.
Motivation, however, could really make the difference. But to think that the guests can really impose themselves seems difficult. That is why a draw seems much more likely. Perhaps with both teams scoring.
The Prediction
According to what we told you before, this match should end in a draw. And both Greece and Northern Ireland should find the way to the net
