After the August 2021 defeat, which coincided with the Bees’ first historic Premier League victory, Arsenal has not lost at the Community Stadium since. A year ago they won 3-0 while their last success is most recent, as the two teams faced each other in the League Cup last September (0-1).

Arsenal before the break had looked a bit tarnished and had not fully convinced even in the two wins with Sevilla and Burnley. The Brentford trip hides many pitfalls: Gunners slightly favored but unlikely to keep their goal inviolate away from home for the first time since September.
