Far behind were Londoners Tottenham and Chelseaa, who failed to live up to the expectations of their fans and managers and will be under the spotlight in the new financial year. Will the cards be rearranged? In any case, with Ange Postecoglou at the helm, Tottenham have taken the lead despite the departure of Harry Kane, unlike Chelsea who are still in the doldrums.
