Liga, relegation zone: several clubs are at stake in the Spanish league to avoid risking going to Segunda: here are our predictions for the penultimate day
Two days to the end of the Spanish league and if in front the games are now done or almost done, behind really anything could happen. In fact, only Elche, already a little while ago, has been relegated and, hear hear, at the moment there are seven teams that can either rejoice for salvation or despair for relegation.
Yes, meanwhile the standings: Espanyol 35, Valladolid 38, Cadiz 38, Getafe 38, Almeria 39, Celta Vigo 40, Valencia 40. Then, we considered three matches: Almeria-Valladolid, Cadiz-Celta Vigo and Getafe-Osasuna.
Celta Vigo (Lapresse)
Let’s start with the first, which sees two teams struggling. With a win Almeria would be safe: in the last five games for the hosts came two wins and three losses while Valladolid gave themselves another chance by beating Barcelona in the last round. So, in this case, we definitely see the hosts as favorites.
Cadiz-Celta Vigo is another heart attack match for the fans. Celta has an important roster and should not lose. A point could in fact mean a lot. In this case we go for the double chance. Yes, it is difficult for Cadiz to win this match.
Let’s close with Getafe-Osasuna: while they are fighting for salvation, they are fighting for a place in Europe. This is a triple one. But we bet on Getafe’s desire to seek salvation. So again double oppurtunity.
